Turquoise and Red Christmas Card

Hello everyone,

Just a quick post of my latest make:

I created the base with a piece of turquoise cardstock and home made texture paste applied through a Prima Damask stencil.

I added some hand made roses and a shabby chic crinkle ribbon bow.

The sentiment was computer generated and die cut with Spellbinders Opulent Ovals die. Underneath, I added some Spellbinders Fleur de Lis die cuts.

One more look at the card...

I would like to enter my card into following challenges:

Scrapy Land Challenge #81 Anything Goes

Hello everyone,

It is time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land Blog and it is as always Anything Goes using dies that Scrapy Land Store carries.

Here is my DT contribution:

I used Sizzix TH Thinlits die on the card base.

The roses were made using Crafter's Companion Aged Rose die . I used two die cuts to make on rose. I offset the dies a little bit to get the petals to be closely next to each other, glue the base together and then roll. The rose would not be so full and rich looking with only one die cut.

The foliage is Cheery Lynn flourish 14.

I invite you to stop by Scrapy Land Blog and see what my team mates have made for this challenge inspiration and to join the challenge for a chance to win one of two $10 gift certificates to Scrapy Land Store.

I hope you enjoyed this post...
